Modly delivered a comprehensive Industrialized Construction Program deliverable for this start-up customer.
The multi-disciplinary team included Clinical and Medical Operations, Brand, IT, Design and Construction. Services included site evaluation, due diligence, investor support and costing.
Start Ups need both a compelling design idea and the technical expertise to turn that idea into real data that the enterprise client can use.
This project required us to work intensively with the start up and investor team so that we could integrate a myriad of inputs into a compelling story. The real estate selection process required vetting sites in real time as the concept was being developed. Brand development was brought into the design process early on as was Clinical Operations.
IC was used to facilitate the integration of these and to develop a modular approach that allowed for different footprints and modules to be added or removed from the design as the customers needs evolved.

An agile approach to management of these teams cuts down on needless and costly wasted effort and provides the creative and technical contributor the focus needed to deliver high quality work on a tight schedule.
