Services for this project included development of an integrated strategy for a modular program, financial modeling, modular test fit, prototype design and manufacturing facility feasibility analysis.
It was extremely important that both the business case and the design implications were well understood by leadership.
Modly worked with business unit leaders to validate assumptions and models for new modular initiative.
The analysis effort required extensive reverse engineering of existing product lines to determine if volumetric delivery and design was a viable path forward.
